he Oaked Chardonnay is a complex nose of leads with citrus, lemon tree flowers, white peach and fresh coconut complemented with a floral tone that underscores its minerality. The zesty palate with notes of orange rind is softened by lees contact, leading to a lingering finish.

Our Red Blend - Outspoken is full bodied, spicy with a lot of ripe fruit and pleasantly dry tannins. Good maturation prospects of between 5 to 7 years.

The long ripening in 2020 gave the grapes time to ripen the tannins to a gentle softness whilst retaining the black plum fruit. Add to this an extract of dried fruits and this wine will pair well with the greatest of slow aged steaks or even barbequed lamb ribs. The wine will only get better with a great ageing potential.

A dark red wine with ripe fruit flavours of redberry, plum, blackberry and spice with hints of black pepper. The palate is complex and refreshing with a good acidity. The aromas from the nose follow through to the palate with a savoury mineral finish.
